Here is some information that should be quite helpful. E-mail message operations: The daily Quarantine Digest contains two links (Release; Release and Whitelist) beside each message. If there is a message displayed within the daily Digest that is not SPAM and should not be captured again then click 'Release and Whitelist', which automatically releases that message and creates a rule on the account so future messages are not identified as SPAM. Use the 'Releas' option to examine questionable messages. Access to your entire Quarantine queue is possible after logging into the Ceryx Customer Center at https://cc.ceryx.com. using full e-mail address and e-mail password. This queue contains messages held and identified as SPAM within the last 14 days. Are you away from a PC but have a wireless device on your account? If so, here's a very easy way to find quarantined messages. Just follow the instructions to automatically inspect those messages contained within your SPAM queue meeting any specified criteria. (This feature can also be performed when using OWA, Outlook or any configured e-mail client but is very handy for wireless devices.) How To: Create a message addressed to checkspam@ceryx.com placing specific details (i.e.: sender domain - dow.com, exxonmobil.com; OR subject details from the message - Order abcxyz, trip information, etc; OR sender name - Dave, dave@sbcglobal.net) in the subject line and send.. Within about 60 seconds the first four or five messages matching your specified criteria will be immediately released as well as listed in a summary job message. Additional actions: (available from OWA, Outlook or an associated wireless device) BLOCK SPAM MESSAGES If you receive a message that is SPAM even though it isn't identified as such and future messages aren't desired then forward it to spam@ceryx.com. This causes creation of an automatic blacklist filter blocking future messages from that sender. MESSAGE IS NOT SPAM Did you release a questionable message then upon inspection determine that it is valid message and not SPAM? If so, please forward that message to notspam@ceryx.com and an automatic whitelist filter will be created so future messages aren't blocked. Access Your E-Mail Online At the login page you will need to put your full email address and your password, your password is usually the same as your computer login.
