In-House Estimating. CMMS™ team
of estimators combines in-depth field construction
experience with product knowledge, providing your
project with accurate and detailed material take-offs.
That means your estimate is on target from the start.
 Project Specific Catalog. CMMS™ electronic
project catalog is based on strict adherence to project
specifications. Available on-line, the catalog provides
real-time access to all pertinent data related to
your project in summary or detailed form. The project
catalog ensure the continuity of product pricing
and estimate for the duration of the project.
Project Coordination. CMMS™ field
coordinators may be contracted to work with your
construction team to coordinate planning, procurement
and delivery activities in the field.
Business-to-Business Solutions. Project
items and estimated quantities may be transferred
electronically to the client host system.
Summary Billing. Our sophisticated,
computerized reporting system provides summary billing
with the capability for electronic transfer to Oracle,
SAP or other accounting systems. |
